New Visa Application- Before you start

If you are applying for a Visitor’s Visa, you will need to supply us with the following documentation:

TOURIST VISA FOR VENEZUELA

1. Valid and signed U. S. Passport.
2. One (1) Visa Application Form
3. Two (2) Passport type photograph
4. World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccinations against Yellow Fever.
5. Letter of Invitation (fax copy) from host in Venezuela
6. Copy of Travel itinerary
7. Service Order Form

Note:- The Venezuelan embassy and consulates in the United States are not open for visa processing.

BUSINESS VISA FOR VENEZUELA

1. Valid and signed U. S. Passport.
2. One (1) Visa Application Form
3. Two (2) Passport type photographLetter of Invitation (fax copy) from host in Venezuela
4. A Business Letter from U.S. Company address to “Consulate General of Venezuela, explaining the purpose of the trip, guaranteeing financial support for you while in Venezuela.
5. Copy of Travel itinerary
6. Service Order Form
