2. One (1) Visa Application Form
3. Two (2) Passport type photograph
4. Fax Copy of Hotel Reservations OR Letter of invitation from sponsor in Pakistan
5. Copy of Travel itinerary
6. Service Order Form

Consular Fee: $60.0/ Visa

Note: Pakistan Origin Applicant Must Submit Pakistan ID OR Pakistan Passport copy for a tourist visa. Processing time is 3 business days and visa is valid for 5 years.

BUSINESS VISA FOR PAKISTAN

1. Valid and signed U. S. Passport.
2. One (1) Visa Application Form
3. Two (2) Passport type photograph
4. Letter of invitation (Fax Copy) from Host Company in Pakistan
5. A Business Letter from U.S. Company address to “Consulate General of Pakistan, explaining the purpose of the trip, guaranteeing financial support for you while in Pakistan.
6. Copy of Travel itinerary
7. Service Order Form

Consular Fee: $200.0/ Visa

Note: Processing time of business visa base on approval from Pakistan and could take up to 8 weeks.
