4. World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccinations against Yellow Fever.
5. A Business Letter from U.S. Company address to “Consulate General of Mozambique, explaining the purpose of the trip, guaranteeing financial support for you while in Mozambique.
6. Copy of Travel itinerary

Normal (Issued within 10 days) = $160 USD
Expedited (Issued within 3 days) = $220 USD

Multiple Entry Visa 90 days Visa
Normal (Issued within 10 days) = $180 USD
Expedited (Issued within 3 days) = $250 USD
